Partners in Missions latest trip to Brazil, June '07, was to the Church of God and Day Care in Divinopolis, approximately 40 miles from Itaituba, residence of missionaries Dale and Connie Fillmore. We built a room onto the day care center for an administration office, an open air pavilion for a place of worship and painted the trim inside and outside the day care building. Our 11-member team met our missionaries and two seminary students for the two-week cross-cultural ministry, which included an overnight trip on a boat in the Amazon Jungle. The pictures below will give you some idea of what the trip was all about.
